By accessing and using StockMarket Tanzania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Pro, and Professional subscription plans. Each plan provides different levels of access to market data, AI features, and API services. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during registration. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
4. Market Data Disclaimer
Market data provided through this platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as investment advice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data. All investments involve risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and not to: (a) share account credentials with others, (b) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with platform security, (c) use automated systems to access data beyond plan limits, (d) redistribute data without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of this platform are owned by StockMarket Tanzania and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StockMarket Tanzania be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement.
